Andrea S. Jones

Andrea JonesAndrea S. Jones (MS, MBA, PMP) has been helping clients increase revenue through Strategic Planning, Targeted Process Improvement and Project Management in Portland, OR since 2006 as the founder, owner, and Principal of Andrea Jones Consulting (AJC).  She uncovers increased revenue opportunities through in-depth Needs Assessments, Process Mapping for design or improvement, project prioritization, Execution Accountability support and Project Management.  Andrea is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Leaders for Operations program, earning an MBA and Masters in Engineering with a focus on Lean Enterprise.  She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

BIOGRAPHY - Andrea S. Jones

In the course of her 16+ year career, Andrea Jones has developed into a strong technical leader with a broad base in process design and creation, project management, manufacturing operations, and technical team leadership. This experience came in both publicly and privately owned product and service based companies, as well as Andrea’s own entrepreneurial consulting business and other small businesses.

Since 2006, Andrea has owned and operated Andrea Jones Consulting. Notable projects include ISO setup support for a local Hop processor, Inside Sales process improvement Needs Assessment, mapping, and recommendations for VetSource, and On-Time-Delivery process improvement from 34 to 10 days at Hydra-Power Systems, Inc.

In a larger scale execution project, Andrea acted as an Owner’s Representative Project Manager for the Central Utility Plant of Genentech’s Hillsboro Technical Operations facility. In this project, Andrea successfully managed installation to client turnover of several large mechanical and electrical systems; a scope of over $100MM in capital equipment and service contractors. In this project, Andrea worked with technical team members, clients, contractors, and other project managers to ensure that all details were completed to the customer’s satisfaction, including one-year warranty remediation for all systems in her scope.

This project kicked off a series of additional work with Genentech which has included technical transfer of Packaging line products, Fill Line cGMP documentation, Facilities Engineering and Maintenance process improvement work, Debottlenecking quality representation, Supplier Assessment program definition, training, and global workshop execution, and Class A Project Management and process mapping. With each project, Andrea brings her unique combination of professionalism, organization skills, and attention to detail to lead and manage technical teams for a thorough deliverable and project completion and turnover to the client.

Andrea was the President of LEX Group, LLC for four years, seeking to market her patented product # 7335147 for a device holder that attaches to exercise equipment, developed with a team at MIT. She also owned and operated the side business of a local coin-operated laundromat for a year.

Andrea completed MIT’s prestigious Leaders for Global Operations dual MBA and Masters in Engineering program in 2006, and worked for Intel as a Process Engineer prior to that time. She holds a Masters in Chemistry from the University of Oregon, as well as a BA in Chemistry and Japanese from the same, and has lived abroad in Japan and China for one year each. Andrea maintains the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification since 2011. Work and home life consume most of Andrea’s time, though she also enjoys running, swimming, exercise classes, cooking, music, and volunteering with local organizations with which she is affiliated.

 

Janell Hosch

Janell HoschJanell Hosch is an independent process improvement and business strategy consultant with over twelve years of experience, primarily at Intel Corporation in Portland, OR. She worked initially as an industrial engineer in a research and development factory, managing capacity metrics and modeling. Her responsibilities expanded to include several other roles such as construction scheduling, cost reduction opportunity identification, and project management. She then transitioned into a strategic planning role ensuring factories worldwide were equipped to produce the appropriate amount of product to meet demand. She now focuses on project management and process improvement with a diverse client base.

Janell studied Industrial Engineering in college, earning both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in the field. Her graduate work at North Carolina State University included studying Kaizen principles and applying them to both manufacturing processes and business processes. She led improvement efforts, conducted workshops, and performed facility assessments in small and medium sized manufacturing companies in the area.

Janell is also involved in community activities through various volunteer roles including at the board level for two local non-profit groups.

 

Rachele Gorsegner

Rachele GorsegneRachele Gorsegner is a Strategy and Process design consultant and Project Manager. Rachele delivers long-term solutions aligned to the strategic goals of the organization. She excels at deriving structure from ambiguity, and embrace a dynamic shoulder-to-shoulder team atmosphere. Rachele's motto is to “overprepare and then go with the flow.” She has passion for continuous improvement, telling a story with compelling data illustrations, and playing to people’s strengths. Rachele take pride in enabling all those around her to be real and make a difference.
Rachele is a certified Project Management Professional with a experience in many industries including: entertainment, retail, utilities, telecommunications, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, real estate, and information technology.

 

Hillary Peck

Hillary PeckHillary Peck is a Project Manager with over twelve years of experience high tech, real estate, and manufacturing industries.
As a Project Manager for Dell, Hillary was involved in several process improvement implementations. She was the lead PM for the Custom Factory Integration division for two major corporate transformations. The first was the move from US based factories to multiple factories outside of the US. Later, when Dell moved to a new model of outsourcing manufacturing, Hillary worked on the global process team to make this transition seamless to all Dell customers. Hillary worked with large corporate accounts to identify solutions to move daily IT functions that were standard and repeatable into a factory build environment. This consisted of both software and hardware solutions. It often involved months of planning and sourcing unique hardware requirements and managing long term procurement of obscure parts.

In the real estate industry, Hillary worked to mitigate loss on foreclosed properties for the National Property Disposition Center for Fannie Mae. She was responsible for hiring and managing real estate brokers in various regions around the country to maintain, repair and market the foreclosed properties.

Hillary has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and currently volunteers in several community organizations from education to sports. Hillary is an avid runner and completes marathons and half marathons on a regular basis.

 

Julie Bryan

Julie BryanJulie Bryan is a process improvement consultant with over 20 years of experience in high-tech manufacturing. Prior to consulting, Julie worked as a business systems analyst at Intel Corporation. In that role, she was responsible for integration, configuration, and support of factory automation systems. She developed, tested, and implemented integrated solutions across a full spectrum of automation capabilities. Julie partnered with customers across multiple business groups to leverage these capabilities to solve manufacturing challenges while responding to constantly changing factory priorities. She built strong relationships with her customers by demonstrating close attention to detail and developing innovative solutions for their needs.

Julie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering from Oregon State University. She takes an analytical and systematic approach to problem solving and decision making to ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness of her work. Julie enjoys helping clients identify focus areas for improvement, define and evaluate solutions, and implement process changes within their organization to increase business productivity and realize efficiency gains.
 
 

Diana Muirhead

Diana MuirheadDiana Muirhead is an independent process improvement and project management consultant with over fifteen years of experience in the semiconductor industry, mainly at Intel Corporation at multiple US locations and Ireland. Diana has worked in research and development and high volume manufacturing factories. She is highly motivated with proven leadership, communication, and problem solving skills. Diana has managed people and complex projects to support technology development, factory start-ups, and factory expansions implementing process systems and improvements. She is results-oriented and excels in customer orientation, organization, and attention to detail. Diana's experience enables her to quickly understand objectives and key challenges of new programs and deliver results. Diana has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan and currently volunteers in community organizations.

 

Paige Dickson

Paige DicksonPaige Dickson has over ten years of Project Management experience ranging from complex enterprise implementations to diverse, nimble web based applications. She has worked for both for Fortune 500 banks and insurance companies as well as small and medium size businesses. Paige has a proven success record at meeting extremely short deadlines with limited resources.

Paige earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and an additional Computer Information System Certificate. She is currently involved in her community as a Steering Committee member of the Beaverton Eco School network (BESN) and other various volunteer educational projects. When Paige isn’t running successful projects, she is an avid adventure traveler. She recently returned from living in Munich, Germany for two years with her family. During this time, she explored fourteen countries and hundreds of cities throughout Europe and Northern Africa.
