Barry Chapman has 39 years of experience in Business Management and Human Resources. Barry brings a depth of knowledge in Organizational Development and all other HR disciplines, including compensation, executive recruiting and compensation, benefits, and labor and employee relations. He has held executive roles leading the HR function for Global Fortune 500 companies, Navistar International, Volvo Trucks North America, Olympus America and Molex. In the Portland metro area, Barry has held leadership/Integrator roles with Precision Castparts, TriMet, PGE and Crosby Hop Farm. Barry is both AJC’s Head of Business Operations (the role of “Integrator” as per the Entrepreneur’s Operating System), and an Organizational Development Consultant.
Barry earned his MBA from Golden Gate University and his Bachelor’s from Southern Oregon University.
