Brooke Mildenhall has over 17 years of experience working across multiple industries in Australia, the UK and USA specializing in program management, process improvement and change management. With a history of working with customers to deeply understand their business, Brooke has led the design and delivery of global enterprise software projects for major fortune 500 companies, managing global project teams spanning Australia, the United Kingdom, the Philippines and the USA. As a Global Business Change Manager at Thomson Reuters, Brooke gained extensive experience in identifying business process and system change, delivering process documentation, change management communication and supporting training solutions.  At RightCrowd as a Sr. Business Analyst and Program Manager, Brooke led multi-day discovery workshops with business leaders to understand manual processes, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing efficiencies through automation.  

Brooke earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management at Griffith University on the Gold Coast, Australia.
