Charae is an experienced Change Manager specializing in internal communication and organizational change. She is passionate about enabling businesses to successfully transform and evolve – and sustain those changes – through effective leadership, connection, support, and communication with their people. With over 16 years of experience, Charae has worked in start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. She has significant experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical world and also has a background in Communications and Project Management. AJC is excited that Charae has joined our team to deliver lasting change to organizations.
Charae has a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, and a Masters's in Arts and currently volunteers in several community organizations. She also is certified in the ADKAR method of Change Management and holds the Prosci Change Management certification.
