Previously, Phil co-founded and served as President and COO of Inspired Results, Inc., a technology-driven firm specializing in print, packaging, and promotional solutions based in Portland, OR. His professional journey includes roles as COO, CFO, Merger & Acquisition Integration Lead, ERP Program Manager, Change Manager, and leadership positions in operations and technology. Phil has worked in industries ranging from high-tech manufacturing and distribution to financial services, healthcare, and franchising. His career spans both small and large organizations, including eight years of international assignments across three countries.
Phil earned a degree in Systems Analysis from Miami University in Oxford, OH complemented by a Mini-MBA in IT Strategy from the Scandinavian International Management Institute in Copenhagen, Denmark, a Masters Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University, Executive Education Certificate in Launching a Startup from the Stanford GSB, is a Certified Working Genius Facilitator, earned a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification and was a long-time certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He enjoys family, travel, golf, music, food, the outdoors, and adventure.
