Agile Project Management and Process Improvement Consultant
Grace Chang has been managing projects and working to streamline processes for over eight years. She is an Agile Scrum Master and has also taken Agile training with AJC’s Alex Jones who is a certified Scaled Agile Program Consultant. Grace has worked in both Process Improvement and in an Agile Project Manager role with clients in diverse industries including Performance Drone Works, Precision Analytical, Genentech, Inc., and Power Systems West.
Grace has also managed medium and large-scale corporate projects and conferences in the events industry for the entirety of the project life cycle as an Events Operation Manager at Opus Agency. Her responsibilities included budget management, operations management, multi-vendor management, leading weekly meetings with clients and stakeholders, and establishing smooth inter-workstream communications. Grace’s success has been built on her analytic approach, which focuses on clear communication throughout the project to increase efficiency, re-evaluate goals as needed, and maintain expectations for all parties. She has a reputation for having a strong rapport with her clients and vendors through her detail-oriented and self-driven nature and desire for success and polished results.
Grace holds a Master’s Degree in East Asian Languages and Cultures from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor’s Degree in History and Asian Studies from Rice University.
