Lori Strom is a strategic leader specializing in tackling complex challenges at the intersection of people, process and technology to drive continual improvement and transformational change. With over 20 years in the aerospace and defense industry, Lori developed expertise in Project Management, Change Management and Communications, Continuous improvement and Learning & Development. Lori leverages a systems thinking, collaborative and tailored approach to guide teams in developing and implementing sustainable solutions that achieve business results.
Prior to joining AJC, Lori led technical learning initiatives supporting digital transformation and spearheaded change management and communications for a large-scale digital integration program. Throughout her career, Lori has delivered impactful business results through extensive process improvement activities. She led an internal continuous improvement operating system and certification program for over 100,000 employees. Lori is a skilled facilitator and trainer, and her experience spans multiple organizations, including supply chain, operations, engineering and digital technologies, as well as experience across multiple functions in the corporate headquarters of a Fortune 50 company.
Lori holds an MBA in Management Systems from Fordham University’s Deming Scholars Honors Program and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Biology from Georgia Tech, with extensive computer science coursework. She has completed executive development, agile, and lean training. Passionate about lifelong learning and community engagement, she is dedicated to mentoring future talent and supporting children’s causes. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and traveling.
