Melissa Wessner has over 20 years of experience and leadership across multiple industries in ERP development and implementation. Melissa has experience with systems development life cycles including defining and analyzing business requirements with technical and functional systems design. Additionally, she has extensive experience in implementing and/or upgrading a large library of vendor-provided systems within multidisciplinary task groups and interfaces, along with writing user guides and business process documentation. She is highly skilled in facilitation and project management along with high profile communication abilities for implementing software. Melissa is an expert at working with companies to make sure users receive proper training on software and manages testing and ensuring systems are de-bugged for successful use upon implementation.
Melissa has certifications in Project Management, Six Sigma/Lean Training Gold Belt and is a certified Agile Scrum Master.
