Erika Halperin has over 25 years of project management, leadership, and coaching experience. She has been guiding Agile and other organizational transformations for over 8 years in a variety of industries including biotech, food processing, manufacturing, consumer goods, and technical services.
Erika’s versatile approach focuses on leadership challenges, strategy, and business agility in the areas of technology modernization and process transformation, with a demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with various stakeholders.
Erika has coached and guided organizational leaders through various stages of transformation throughout the US and Latin America. Companies she has worked with include Frito-Lay/PepsiCo, Gordon Food Service, Zimmer Biomet, Western Union, Genentech, FedEx, Meijer, GameStop, The Anschutz Corporation, and Charles Schwab.
Erika holds an MBA in Management and a Master of Fine Arts in Writing and has achieved the certified Scaled Agile Framework Program Consultant (SPC 5.0).
