Michelle Dinsmoor is a Project Management and Process Improvement Consultant with over 20 years of experience primarily in the semiconductor industry. At Intel Corporation, she was a leader in manufacturing, setting strategy to meet development timelines and high-volume manufacturing ramp commitments. Michelle managed a team with a scope that included technology transfers, manufacturing start-ups, facilities/space/capacity planning, complex construction schedules and installations, and capital and expense budgets.
Michelle enjoys collaborating with stakeholders and partners, believing the best solutions are the result of a collaborative team effort. As a project manager, she seeks to remove any roadblocks that may arise during a project and is a constant advocate for her team. For Michelle, managing projects and schedules is a way of life, and she derives enjoyment from taking a project from start to finish. Michelle has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University and is an active volunteer in the community.
